Marriage Conference 08

Every year our church, Calvary Chapel Kendall, has a much needed Marriage conference and it always rocks! They usually bring in well known speakers that have experience in counseling and encouraging married couples. This year its Dr. Bob & Rosemary Barnes, Skip Heitzig and Bob Shank. It's always a time of reflection and connection with your spouse because the speakers usually point out the most common problems affecting marriages today. The topics always include men and women's personality traits and habits (the good, the bad and the ugly!). Myleen and I always get a chance to discuss our strengths and weaknesses as a couple and end up stronger by the end of the conference. With that said, I totally encourage married couples to get this kind of fine tuning every year (or more often) because marriages today are always under tons of stress due to any number of reasons. Myleen and I have been married for 10 years and have known each other for over 14 years (since July 9th, 1994 to be exact!) and I love her today more than ever!

So here's one image from last night and I'll post more in a couple of days, part 2 of the conference is this morning, in about an hour, Ooh, I gotta go get ready, see ya later!

Priscilla and Omar's Wedding...

A few months back we had the pleasure of photographing this great couple's engagement session. We had just switched over to Canon gear and they were our first clients to get shot by our Canon! Corny, I know, but I couldn't resist! So, recently we had the pleasure of capturing their beautiful wedding day. Here are some of the images I thought were eyecatching...enjoy!

Hurricane Ike

Hey everyone...

Just wanted to ask everyone to keep the people of Cuba and the US Gulf Coast in your prayers 'cause this storm is a bad one! So far it's been an extremely active first half of hurricane season and I hope it subsides soon 'cause you never know when one comes knockin' on your door. Here's this morning's latest projected path...
